At F&L, we offer high quality pins & bushings. Bushings are one-piece forged from high quality alloy steel. Tolerance for inner diameter could be within 0.02mm, concentricity and dimensions are well promised.

Every step of heat treatment is carried out under strict standards, with scientific temperature and duration in the furnace, ensuring best hardness and induction depth. Meanwhile, each time before moving onto next manufacturing step, all pins & bushings will be 100% inspected.
